This mango strawberry smoothie is perfect for an energy boost with no added sugars or milk. Honestly a smoothie with water or juice over milk is my favorite. I have no problem drinking it all versus a milk smoothie. If you love a sweet drink that without an over powering strawberry flavor this is it.

  • 1 Blender Ninja IQ used (Ultra Blend)

Ingredients

  • 1 C frozen mango
  • 6 frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 C Vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 C Granola Love Crunch Dark Chocolate Macaroon
  • Vanilla flavor to taste
  • 1 Date
  • 8 oz water

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth
