These fudge brownies are pretty easy to make and have the best flaky top. I love brownies but these are by far my best recipe. I have been making different brownie recipes for years. Sometimes I’m in the mood for something sweeter and sometimes less sweet these are in between for me. The amount of chocolate chunks really increase the sweetness. So if you want it toned down dial back the amount of chocolate chips.

Look at how fudgy the middle is it. Perfect! It’s where it’s not too , where it’s more of a gooey center but it’s not cakey either. It’s right in between. This recipe can be tweaked, where you can bake it less time and have the gooey center or cook it more time and have a cakey center the choice is yours. You can also put any toppings on top or any fillings. These are also a great brownie recipe to use for a base to add any filling. I love customizing brownies and this recipe can handle it all. Try these brownies for your next party night.
