Easy Chili Mac

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Elbow noodles
  • 1 lbs Ground beef
  • 1/4 Cup Minced onion
  • 3 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1/2 Cup of red bell pepper
  • 1 pkg Chili seasoning
  • 8 oz Pasta sauce (I used tomato basil)
  • 1 can of chili beans
  • 1 1/2 C of Colby chz
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • boil 2 cups of noodles
  • While they are boiling prepare your chili
  • brown your meat
  • add garlic onion and bell peppers while you are browning your meat this will give the other ingredients a chance to soften
  • If you have lots of grease drain your grease
  • Then add chili seasoning, Beans, Tomato sauce and mix well
  • drain your noodles and add to chili and mix well
  • Turn off heat. Top with Colby cheese and cover until melted
  • Once melted mix and its ready to serve
